Mr. Mendenhall maintains responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and execution of all the finance activities of Cleaning Connection, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. As part of the executive management team, Todd provides leadership, direction, strategic recommendations, and management to the finance and accounting functions and team. An entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Mr. Mendenhall has started numerous business entities and sits on a variety of industry-related boards at the local, national and global level.

Mr. Willson is charged with managing the financial strategy, forecasting company growth, and advising on long-term business operations planning. He maintains the integrity of all financial and operational software and directs the flow of activities within the multiple business units. Todd is responsible for company-wide payroll, time tracking controls, department expense analysis, and the overall strategic direction of Cleaning Connection. Mr. Willson earned a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in business administration.

Sonia Robles possesses 10 years of experience in customer service with the last 10 years being spent directly in the facilities management field. Along with being bilingual (Spanish and English) and an excellent communicator, she is a firm believer in leading by example and providing quality support to her direct team as well as the leadership team in she plays a vital role. These commitments as well as her stellar work ethic have led Sonia to a successful role as Operation Manager. On the personal side, Sonia enjoys travelling, and spending time with family and friends.GBAC Global Biorisk Advisory Council certified.

With 12 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Mrs. Guerrero holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has led HR teams at global companies and has extensive experience and proven success in driving strategic HR operational initiatives with a key focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Capability Development, Legal Compliance, Grievance Management, and Cost. She is a results-focused leader who helps companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. A competent, organized, and outgoing individual with a strong work ethic. She is known for her interpersonal skills and ability to create inclusive and supportive work environments.

Milton Anania brings over 30 years of sales experience, with 20 years focused solely on the cleaning industry. Mr. Anania specializes in Janitorial and Floor cleaning. His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customers ensure they receive excellent service at competitive prices. In his personal time, Mr. Anania enjoys travel, camping, and spending time with family. A graduate of Iowa State University majoring in Communications, he faithfully cheers on his alma mater—Go Clones!!

Since I was a little girl I've been in the housekeeping industry. Throughout the 10 years of being in the cleaning world, it has brought me to being the manager of the department of housekeeping. Being able to have a wonderful group of women who share the same passion as you makes the job way better. I love to meet all the needs of those who can't, have a hard time, or simply need an extra hand cleaning their home.

Carpet / Floor / Flood Manager

Mark has 40 years in the cleaning trades. Over that time, he has been involved in residential and commercial cleaning [carpets, ceramic tile, hard floors, and janitorial maintenance], as well as flood, fire, and natural disaster cleanup. Mark has spent the last 10 years branching out in the cleaning industry, learning other segments of the cleaning industry including a strong focus on flood, fire, and antimicrobial mitigation. Mark and his team lead a local school district that contains 17 buildings and 2 million sq. ft of space inhabited by Des Moines area Students and Faculty through the recent COVID pandemic. Mark is an artist and enjoys fishing.
